Guided onboarding
New operators now land in a 5-step wizard after first sign-in:
- Company — display name, domain, operator type
- Branding — accent color picker with live lobby preview
- Catalog — seed your allowlist (featured games + category quick-picks)
- API Key — generate your first staging key (shown once, hash stored)
- Team — invite teammates (role-gated)
Results
- Average time-to-first-launch: under 5 minutes (was 2+ days with manual setup)
- The wizard is idempotent — you can restart it anytime from the portal sidebar
- Each step can be skipped and completed later
The wizard is demo-grade. A production build would provision a real sandbox environment per operator.
